This is a Cut Version of the Vice City Stretch it is currently finished but first I want to know what car it should replace so I can make up some handling lines and what not and what name it should have in game.
This one and the III one will have the same name when I find a suitable one that I like and suites the car.

{MVL} Maxo's Vehicle Loader
Now available in MVL (Maxo's Vehicle Loader) format!
Download the car which says {MVL} at the beginning, if there is not one it has not been approved by Admins yet.
{MVL} What is it?
MVL is a tool which allows you to add extra vehicles to Vice City just by installing his tool, then just download mods that are in MVL format and paste the .7z archive included into the Vehicles folder and its loaded automatically into the game and does not replace any current vehicle.
I have already made an Xbox Version, but I would like to go over the Xbox Stretch again before making a cut one to release here, so it is all up to date.
