now grove street is closed off by fences that only open and close for you so it is alot harder for enemy gangs and cops that are chasing after you to get to you but it does not stop them from spawning inside the fenced off area because to do that i would have to edit the scm and i don't think that is a big deal that the scm needs to be modified for this! mostly just squad cars and maybe a couple of swat trucks but that is all i have found spawn inside the fences. please comment
