Ok so I used the IMG tool for vice city and I believe I got everything to work now the only problem is my game will not load at all. I've installed it and restalled when I did that I doubled check my game and it worked just fine. But when I use the IMG tool for skin model mods and rebuilt the achieve it does it successfully I think. Only problem my game won't load. Can someone please help me.

I/O error is when you have still opend the game if you close it and it is still saying that error check task manager if you have gta_sa.exe closed Sorry for my english :/
