ok very good job on the mod and if evetyone that wants to write whats wrong with by looking at screenshots then your a retard cause screenshots are just a example. you should make it a bit more HQ. because it looks too pixelated OK  Its good, but I like GTA SA's radar better. 4* I _did_ play GTA4... though never actually came near the water, as I always used taxis on the pause menu it's black colored. Firstly, IMGTool 'sucks', there are better IMG editors out there. Secondly, the colors of this mod are pretty correct compared to GTA4. Thirdly, indeed, the screenshots were made with a custom main.scm file. By this post i understand you NEVER played GTA IV.
