Vice City XXL 0.2a full and latest version is uploaded.Now you just need to download this package and you'll be installing both 0.2 and 0.2a patch.With this package, you don't need old vice city xxl packages or any other patches.This is the latest released version.(Nothing has been changed, just bundled 0.2 with the a patch and time travelling key which didn't exist on the readme has been added.)
