Nah, he never answers. This guy does it better than anyone, but this and hola back girl are the only two I can find on the internet.

This is another new ped model for GTA: San Andreas!

He's your typical mercenary-type dude complete
with motorcycle boots, military rubber gloves,
worn/tattered shirt and camo pants (and obigatory
stubble). Included in this release are 2 textures,
one bloody, and one without blood.

Enjoy, and read the readme.txt for install
instructions!
