I recently found out that Rockstar used the same UV map as Niko in some ig_characters, so I went looking of them, Bulgarin was one of them, since he have the same wearing style as Niko, i thought he is the chosen one, so i paste him the clothes and it looked lovely.

But since Bulgarin is not a ped seen in regular streets, I thought "hmmm, Niko loves bowling, yeah!" so I replaced him with the white bowling player.

On next release, I will get permission from polodave to have his shoes in a pack
