1. first install Alice
Update Alice to alice 0.9
get it at: www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=386816
It contains also asiloader:dsound.dll

2.
copy Fireworks.lua into GTA IV\Alice folder




>press R to place the fireworks rocket


>optional: hold C pressed after lift off to view from overhead cam
>optional: press again R after lift off to blow up the fireworks rocket earlier

update version 28.3.2010:
-press R and T together to place the fireworks rocket
-now not possible to start rocket while player is in vehicle
