Description 
This is a tool to clean the GTA Vice City Map.You can use it to clean the Vice city modded version also.
Now source code AVAILABLE!
After you download this tool, download Main.scm by Ashwin and replace the one with it in your data folder!

SCM changes:-
-No more drowning of Hunter. Hunter takes up speed instantly:
-File size reduced from 38KB to 320 bytes
-uses "04BA: set_car 0@ speed_instantly 1.0"
