This game is set in 1991 your character is Toni Cipriani. He has been in Liberty City working for Salvatore and killed a made man. So the mafia is after him he escaped in Vice city to hide.After a while mafia have founded you and when you go somwere you will see some mafia.In Vice city you see Tommi Vercety who gives you missions.Not just Tommy you have other characters.
