A new glossy radar for GTA IV

Includes a new radar skin and new blips.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download and extract the mod to any place you want
2. Open SparkIV
3. Browse to Grand Theft Auto IV > pc > textures
4. Select "hud.wtd" and click "Edit" (remember to back it up)
5. Select "radarringback" and then click "Import texture"
6. Find the radarringback.png from the New Radar folder you extracted and click open
7. Do the same things for "radarringfront" and after that click "Save and close"
8. Click "Save"

HOW TO INSTALL BLIPS:
1. Go to "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\textures"
2. Find "blips.wtd" and back it up
3. Copy&Paste the blips.wtd file from the New Radar folder, choose overwrite
