It will not interfere with Ultimate Graphics Tweak or Environment Mod, only replaces the motion blur.
This mod does the following:
*More blur.
*Blur visible while running.
*Removed annoying extra blur when shot while aiming.
*Blur visible when aiming weapon.
Save the file to RockstarGames>GrandTheftAutoIV>Common>Data
