This mod gives vcs weather to vc and adds the vcs palm trees.

Palm Trees are now prelit and using original PS2 textures, Added a new low cloud this time. Small change to Timecyc.dat

*INSTALLATION

DONT FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR FILES !

1. add Timecyc.dat to data folder and overwrite existing file.
2. add Particle.txd and Generic.txd to models folder and overwrite existing files.
3. veg_palm04.dff and veg_palmbig14.dff replace the ones in the gta.img.
