Changes sa loadings into exacly same loadings like in iv, not hq, but i've did my best.
It also gives a new gta logo movie
My first mod, so keep that in mind while rating me.

Installation:
1. Put LOADSCS.TXD in GTA SA directory/models/txd folder
2. Put Logo.mpeg to GTA SA directory/movies folder
Start game and enjoy
