Installation:

Open your gta3.img with (IMG Tool)
Replace your topfun.txd and topfun.dff with my topfun.txd and topfun.dff

THIS MOD DOESNT WORK. ALL IT DID WAS PUT A GREY BLOCK ON THE SIDE OF THE VAN
