Features:

This replaces the Mr. Whoopy Ice Cream Vendor to Dole Ice Cream Vendor


Installation:

Open your gta3.img with (IMG Tool)
Replace your mrwhoop.dff and mrwhoop.txd with my mrwhoop.dff and mrwhoop.txd
