this adds a ramp to board the carrier with at the outer edge in between the first and second empty boat canals, weapons, boats and cars with the use of a cleo script(note:you need cleo for this to work) and to get to these you will need to use a cheat code to stop the game from being able to give a wanted level for entering the base or else you will never make it to the boarding ramp with being shot up badly
