Mr. Special will replace the San Fierro police! 

It's easy to install! 

-=-=INSTRUCTIONS=-=-
To install...
 - Open gta3.img (in your /models folder) with any GTA:SA compatible IMG editor.
 - Find and rename both sfpd1.dff and sfpd1.txd to sfpd1.dOLD and sfpd1.tOLD.
 - Import sfpd1.dff and sfpd1.txd (from here) into gta3.img.

Rebuild the archive and your done!
