Default installation folder:
Windows 32-bit : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data
Windows 64-bit : C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data

Make a backup fist before you replace the original file.

v1.1 all haircuts are free and gives you the maximum sex appeal and respect.
V2 (FINAL) Everything is free except for the safe houses. Every Haircut, all the Clothes, car tuning, tattoos and all guns are free.

Download the Backup if you forgot to make a backup of the original Shopping.dat
