I made this mod at the beginning of March If you find a similar mod, that's has been made after this

This mod changes some features:

- radar style
- icons style for weapons
- money, name of streets and vehicles colour
- menu colours

This is a 1.0 version, but I never worked on a 2.0 (I have no time sorry)

Maybe in the future a SA-to-IV like
