Tropical island mod by kal-el5676. just use the files in the gta 3 folder to replace your old ones. replace all other files with the ones in the labled folders.
this mod puts a large tropical island near the airport in los santos. it has a bridge to it, a few buildings, and a small cemetery. enjoy!
