To Aim Faster Than Usual.
BULLET TIME IS ABILITY TO DECREASE THE SPEED OF THE ENEMY IT MEANS ITS NOT INCLUDE YOU SO IT IS NOT A BULLET TIME, IM TALKING ABOUT THE BULLET TIME OF MAX PAYNE 2 XD

Dudes... just change the time in the .cs using SB3... its not hard EDITING.

But I think, it's better when you press F5, slowmotion starts and it only ends when you press F5 second time or another key.
