NOOSE DECALS TEXTURE MODIFICATION

The following is a texture modification for GTAIV which replaces the textures of the default NOOSE patrol vehicles (Polpat and Noose) with a custom made NOOSE texture inspired by the United States Customs Enforcement and Border Protection paint scheme. (This texture modification is neither an authentic rendition, nor is it an attempt at an authentic rendition of the USCEBP skin.)


NOTES
- The textures are made by me (Lt.Caine).
- The modification applies to both the NOOSE car model and NOOSE Patriot model.
- To make the mod. more suitable for RP purposes and Liberty City in general, a fake caption was added to the side of the cars.
- The caption beside the NOOSE logo reads: "U.S. Municipal Protection and Highway Control".
- Installation instructions are included within the Readme file.
- Three images have been provided in order to demonstrate this modification's appearance in-game.
