I Made a Program to change the waterheight in GTA 4
Actually made it for my brother who loved the Waterheight mod but it was hard for him going to the file and changing it
thats why i made this tool to do it for him just wanted to share it with you guys
It's actually very Simple
-Download
-Unzip anywhere
-Open GTA 4 WHE.exe
-You get an Inputbox To tell it where you got GTA 4 Installed
-if path is well You See Current height When it Says 00 It's original change it to lets say 12 press OK and your done
-If you wanna put it back on original Set the numbers 00 and Press OK
Hey is there any way possible to get it 14, 5 ? because 14 is too low and you get this dry wave effect and 15 is too high to drive in ( in algonquin)
