Description

I changed the "visualeffects.dat" file...

Now rain particles are 4096, before they were more than 10000...

Now you will only lose 2-5 FPS when raining, before you lost 5-10 or more...

I hope you enjoy the rain now  ...

To be honest after the change, its barely noticeable that its even raining so the mod makes it a bit worthless
