i literally increased the max number of pedestrians by hundred, even in lines with 0, but it's the games paths who really limit the real amount of people on the streets.
it's not 100 people forced to spawn in the areas,it's the increased maximum number possible,that means there are other elements in the game that avoid thick crowds.
and of course i forgot to mention that the people aren't low-poly like the San Andreas inhabitants,so you have to EXPECT FPS DECREASEMENT. People sould realise this game is not for weak machines.
get the 1.0.2 patch! it's here, and now nothing stands between editing the files and running the game with new magicpatcher
