Description

This mod remove the traffic and the peds from Liberty City. The streets will be empty.

Hey friend, I think, the game will run nice if you decrease the traffic and peds spawned in the game... Can you make a mod like that? Well, I like empty streets because I don't like killing people... Does this mod work on EFLC?? Please reply...

without peds and cars it isn't fun you cant kill people or blow up cars
