1. download TXD workshop from here 2. Open TXD worksop 3. Go To your GTA SA Folder 4. And open your models folder > player.img 5. search Neckafrica.txd On the white Bar 6. then open the downloaded folder of 2pac chain 7. Open with TXD workshop and Click export > PNG 8. And go to the other TXD workshop and clik import 9. Find the file and you have the mod My Webpage

no hart feelings but i am an african but i like to pac they should have replaced it with dog tags from the binco.
