cleo is a script loader for gta SA that loads .cs files you almost dont need to do anything lolz im a hardcore modder but i dont give away my COOL mods

Cleo is a mod for san andreas that lets u add scripts without changeing or replacing the .scm file wich means no having to start a new game.
