Not to mention you can ALREADY find such vehicles on easy to spot areas in San Andreas. Not like it's gonna be "easier" for people, since there are maps pinpointing the location of all spawned vehicles (and even weapons) throughout the game. I can even name some off my head - off of them I know three different places on where to get a NRG-500 (Easter Basin, Biker school gold medal, East LS parking lot).
Simple spawning stuff mods is what you learn to do in Sanny Builder's help files as the utmost basic thing to learn. ANYBODY can do that. I could also do this in 1 minute.
