This is my first work with scripts, started in 2005 and really finished in 2007.

This mod is only to "entertainment". No have missions, no hidden packages, no interiors, no bonus missions like "Paramedic mission". But, new gangs has added, both allies as enemys. You have to disguise (using clothes or cars) to enter in the enemy area. Others goods hanges too.
When you start a new game, you will see a bar called "POWER" which is your gauge of energy. This energy is needed to achieve the special powers that Tommy has. Each special power needs a certain amount of energy, in other words, without energy, you can not execute any power. This power will be restored slowly depending of your EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
