Delete(if you want,backup first)the player.dff file,then add the other player.dff that comes with the mod.then click commands,rebiuld archive,put the niko bmp file in skins folder,open vice ciy,go to options in the pause menu,player setup,choose niko skin,click apply,resume the game and play!

Just go to modles and set read only off by right clicking it.

I recommend that you rename and then add the file. just put it in my documents. hope this helps

cannot replace player.dff file

the player.dff you ahve is too big to replace the file
