Changes certain vehicle stats:
firetruck-Massive wheels, to get in, drive a cabbie next to it, jump ontop of cabbie, chainsaw of the firetrucks door, press enter vehicle key to get in.
Voodoo-same as above, only suspension is wacky, hard to control, will try to fix.
Regina-Very Fast
Sand King-a traditinal monstertruck, easy to get in.
Admiral-massive wheels
Angel/Freeway- are now hover bikes.
Faggio- now floats on one wheel, easy to control
