This brings CJ's homie's basketball vests to Pro laps. This is part of a planned conversion of all clothes pickups, releases as a pilot.

To install simply open PLAYER.img (in models dir) and find baskballrim.txd. rename it 'OLD_baskballrim.txd' and add the new txd.
go in game to pro laps and grab the saints top!
