This is a Tommy skin for Claude aka the GTA3 guy. Just put the skin in the skins folder. It does not work in cut scenes. Just ask if you want to use it in a mod, I will say yes! Also if you want you can make a cut scene model for this skin, just give me credit.
i tryed making one like this but its kinda hard with all the copy and pasting and the eyes look like hes scwinting in game. also you stuffed up the jeans! you got to copy all of the jeans from vice city but just flip it!
i know you got it from the Vicecity and then just put it in gta3 frame. good try tho and whats with all the crap under the pocket. this could use a update were fix some stuff up
