the car doesnt look like the one on the picture, the wheels are as tiny as any other car. and about replacing it for a black car, you can just edit the carcol.dat file found in San andreas/data/ just copy the especification for the FBIRANCH over any car you are gonna replace, the espeficication is 0, 0 I think. and it will always be black. ANY WAY THE CAR LOOKS AMAZING DESPITE WHAT I JUST SAID, AND I HOPE THE MAKER WILL INPROVE IT, BUT IT SEEMS HE HAS ABANDON IT.
