Description 
Stinger for the Vice City police "Vice squad", it will be used togheter with the VCPD Cheetah.
You need the mod MVL to use it (https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16467).

How to install :
Just put "vice stinger.7z" in the "Grand Theft Auto Vice City MOD\mvl\vehicles" folder.
