Quad HD (2880×2160) exit screen for GTA Vice City. Redrawn manually by me in vector shapes with the official artwork as the backgrounds for each letter. The goal was to make it pixel-perfect to the original texture. For the most part, it was achieved. Hope you enjoy it!

Override outro.txd (backup the old one) in your /Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto Vice City/txd directory.
