This includes old Instant Coffee.
All features + Controls:

F5: Cowgirl
F6: BJ
F7: Kissing
F8: Reset/Stop

Add all the files into your GTA 4 root folder, included Asi loader, Scripthook, dotnet, script folders.

Worked for latest Completed Edition (1.20), if you use lower/different version and had a crash? Try this:

Start by deleting Scripthookdotnet.asi, check if it stops crashing, if not? restore Scripthookdotnet.asi, delete Scripthook.dll, repeat, then with aComplete, AdvancedHook, AdvancedHookInit, etc...

You will find that the game crashes due to a particular file, ex: Scripthookdotnet.asi if so try installing older/newer version based on your game version.
