Some parts of the map can sometimes flicker and distract from the game on PC. I tried to at least partially fix this issue.
SA:
Changes can be mostly seen in countryside, but various buildings and areas were fixed as well

I didn't notice major z-fighting problems in Vice City, but sometimes Mainland can be seen flickering from the distance
