just download collision file editor ii and copy the col file for taxi(in the vehicles.col)and rename it the name you gave to the deafult.ide

Well, I convered it to VC, but at this point I have no means of testing it, so, if someone could try it and email me some pics to post, that would be amazing. (awaiting approval)
