Welcome to the long awaited SE V4 created by many other modders in the GTA community!
This has been a roadtrip! I am proud to announce the official release of the GTA: SA SEv4 which has been talked about on my other SE
The original idea was to have 4 to 5 different save editors but someone included a virus into the file so I couldn't upload it! I decided that I wouldn't abandon the idea at all, so this is the new SEv4 which has quite a few new things and of course has a new UI
If there are any issues please comment and I'll do my best to assist you

Download will be uploaded when the initial upload size is increased. Currently it's sitting at 6.7MB and the sites limit is 5MB flat. I suggest you keep checking back for the download, it should be up before April 4th, 2018
Slight changes! So for everyone who knows, the original idea was to have 5 different game SE's included into one big download (Saint's Row, etc)
Shortly after finishing the San Andreas editor, someone who I was working with added a virus to the folder so now the whole idea was trashed. I fired him and now I am proud to announce just one SE but this one has more options and other stuff
I am truly sorry for the wait, please forgive me! I have tried to finish it quickly but time is needed for these things to be the best it can be
