These gangs come and kill anyone in the streets, when you type "gang" it will spawn a gang on the road, after the ped is killed the gangs will
disappear, you can keep type "gang" again. You will hear the music playing in the gang's car.
Issues
Don't type "gang" if peds aren't around in the lost dessert or the mountains or the game will crash.
Due to the problem like a ped defined or not defined isn't working somehow.
