Here's a Hotline Miami Biker skin and model for GTA: Vice City!

Installation:
Replace "player2.dff" and "player2.txd" in your gta3.img with the ones included in this mod using imgtool. You can download imgtool here:

This replaces the Soiree suit, but can be made to replace any outfit in the game. Simply change the number at the ends of "player2.dff" and "player2.txd" to suit whichever outfit you'd like to replace. You can find which outfits correspond to which number by extracting the "playerx.txd" (x stands in the place of a number here) files with imgtool and viewing them in txdworkshop.
