Replaces the custom wheels with lower poly wheels from other vehicles.

I for one am not a huge fan of flashy tuning, and prefer something subtle.

Pros:
- Wheels look neat
- Less memory
- Customizable via textures
- Custom/customizable reflection

Cons:
- Some of the textures are bad quality
