u can take this vehicle from the mission "Are you Going to San Fierro?" or "Riot". the save game is named as "Breaking the bank at Caligula's" but i have done the "end of the line". the van is in the garage of the house near VINEWOOD blocks. THE HOUSE NEAR Madd Doggs Mansion.
