VC sounds for III! Even though it already uses some sounds from the previous GTA game... (confused yet?)
*HOW TO INSTALL THIS ABOMINATION*
Drag/Copy the SFX.RAW and SFX.SDT in the "Audio" file then press "Replace".
Using modloader it will not do anything to it (for now I suppose).
*DON'T FORGET TO MAKE A BACKUP, BECAUSE THE MOD MIGHT BE BAD FOR YOU!*
Known bugs:
-Police dispatch is not completed. YET!
-Helicopter sounds are kinda annoying if you're using Aircraft III.
