Alright. Now for the mod itself:

GTA: Liberty City (Lobo Edition) is a Total Conversion for GTA San Andreas. Making it a brand new game with the multiple tools and files I've used above this text. The game occurs in Liberty City of the 3D universe (GTA III, GTA LCS) but it's more advanced and has graphics enhacement. The mod consists in a protagonist from GTA V Michael De Santa and his buddies (Trevor & Franklin) to go on a adventure to eliminate some F.B.I. feds who have got evidence about the things the 3 have done in Los Santos (all heists and murders) which is stored in Portland's Police Station and they also get to perform one final heist over Liberty City, trying to copy what Niko Bellic did. But the F.B.I found out about their little plan of getting into the LCPD Station to steal the evidence about them and also the secret plants of the vaults of Liberty Bank. So the F.B.I. forces to do their dirty work for them if they want their evidence to be eliminated. Throughout the storyline Michael and
his buddies also go undercover into every gang and mob family of Liberty City. Leones, Sindaccos and Forellis who have returned from Las Venturas. Triads who gained more power, like the Yakuza, Colombian Cartel, Southside Hoods and some leftovers of Diablos and Yardies whose territories have been taken over by Sindaccos and Forellis respectively. And they also help eachother when they get into trouble and try to conquer the Liberty Bank once it and for all and by that they attempt to dominate Liberty City by picking a Mafia Family to takeover and destroy all others and then murder the mayor, to put one of their own doing their dirty job. There are a lot of obstacles and the end is for you to find out.

There are two different "Game Modes"

- FREE ROAM - You can start this one to simply go around Liberty City doing whatever you want with Michael De Santa.

- STORYLINE - Or you can bump into the fullfilling storyline around the 3 portions of the city (Here you can play with Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips and Franklin Clinton.)

PS: - Michael is the only player model that can change his style (clothes, hairstyle, etc)

 - When Michael ports one of the next unique items:

 - Police Outfit
 - Pastel Suit
 - Ultimate Heist Armor
 - F.B.I. Suit

 Clothes changing will be unavailable and if the change is attempted the game will probably crashed because those outfits are only in game for certain missions and aren't available in the clothes list.(eg. the police outfit is only available for the LCPD missions, the armor is only available in the Liberty Bank Heist, etc)

But don't worry in the beginning of each mission a text message will appear saying if clothes change is available or unavailable in the upper left corner.

Trevor and Franklin have each 3 different clothes but they can't be selected by the player, the story will automatically choose their outfits.


STEPS!

1 - Have a clean GTA San Andreas directory

2 - Install GTA SA LC mod in that clean folder (Always backup files if something goes wrong)

3 - Install Dyom's Latest Version. Currently is V8.1

4 - Install GTA V Hud by DKk22Pac

5 - Download Cleo Library 3.0 (recommended for DYOM)

6 - THE NEXT STEP WILL BE INSTALLING ALL OF THE REMAINING FILES, BUT THEY ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME. THE PREDICTED DATE TO FINISH THE MODE CURRENTLY IS: July (can be earlier or can be later)
