Description- This tool is made for managing the Vice City weather easily. This beta version features the below things->

=Let`s you to select any weather from four given options i.e. Sunny, Misty, Rainy & Foggy.

=Let`s you to freeze the weather you selected and unfreeze anytime you want.

=Let`s you to specify the time of the day in Hours & Minutes with respective climate.

=Let`s you to freeze the time you specified and unfreeze at your own convinance.

=It can read all the running settings of the game including time & weather settings.

How To Use-
While running Vice City use this tool to do the required changes to VC weather. Controls are easy as a pie.

Note-
You are free to share this tool without my any kind of permissions. But don`t do any changes to this tool. You can also share this program without this read me too.
