Description-> While at the time of modding sometimes you needs to make a data file (.IPL/.IDE etc). Till now for doing so, the one and the only way was copy a data file delete it`s content and rename it. But now this tool finishes this need to do so. This simple and light-weight tool enables you to make and edit any type of the GTA releated data files easily.
